摘　　要：目的通过对已婚育龄妇女自测健康状况的评分，了解其健康状况及其影响因素，探讨相应的保健策略。方法对727例已婚育龄妇女应用自测健康评定量表进行测定，所测数据用SAS8．1进行统计学分析。结果已婚育龄妇女的自测健康状况在流产次数、是否采取避孕措施等方面存在差异。未流产、流产1次、流产2次在其生理健康、心理健康和社会健康方面各评分之间比较差异均有统计学意义（F分别为7．58、5．38、3．08，均P〈0．05）。是否采取避孕措施在其心理健康和社会健康方面比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为-7．23、-2．38，均P〈0．05）。多因素分析表明，已婚育龄妇女的自测健康状况与月经量、丧偶等11项因素有关。结论自测健康是评价自我健康的一种简便易行的方法，其通过自我监测，能获得个体准确的健康信息，为探索相应的保健措施提供了理论依据。Objective To investigate self-rated health status of married women of childbearing age and influencing factors so as to explore appropriate health measures for them. Methods The health statuses of 727 married women of childbearing age were self-assessed with self- rated health measurement scale （SRHMS） and the data were analyzed statistically using software SAS 8.1. Results In self-rated health status of women of childbearing age such as frequency of abortion, whether the woman adopting contraception and so on, there were differences. In scores in physical health, psychological health and social health, there were significant differences among married women with 0, once and twice induced abortions （ F = 7.58, 5.38, 3.08 respectively, all P 〈 0.05）. In scores in psychological health and social health , there were significant differences between married women who had adopted controception and those married women who hadn＇ t adopted any controception （ t = - 7.23, - 2.38 respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ）. Multivariate analysis showed that serf-rated health status of married women of childbearing age was associated with their menstrual amount, bereaving spouse and other 11 factors. Conclusion Health self-rating is a simple self-health evaluation method. Through self-monitoring, accurate health information of the individual can be obtained, which provides theoretical basis for exploring appropriate health measures for the women.
