地塞米松球后注射联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察地塞米松注射液球后注射联合全视网膜光凝对新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法:24例(24眼)新生血管性青光眼患者分别继发于糖尿病视网膜病变(8眼)和视网膜中央静脉阻塞(16眼),给予地塞米松注射液3mg球后注射,每日一次,角膜水肿及虹膜新生血管消退后给予全视网激光光凝,观察眼压,视力,虹膜新生血管变化情况。结果:虹膜新生血管均在球后注射地塞米松3天左右纹理变细,消退,角膜水肿明显改善,立即行全视网膜光凝,24例眼眼压得到有效控制,降低小梁切除术术中及术后并发症发生。结论:地塞米松球后注射联合全视网膜光凝对治疗新生血管性青光眼手术治疗提供良好条件。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of retrobulbar injection of dexamethasone and muhiwavelength laser therapy for neovascular glaucoma. Methods： 24 neovasclrlar glaucoma patients（24eyes） caused by diabetes retinal pathology（8 eyes） and retinal vein occlusion（16eyes）. The examination indicates nevascular in iris. Retrobulhar injection of dexamethasone 3mg once a day. when cornea edema and iris nevascular disappeared during the therapy. They were given multiwavelength laser therapy. Observe intraocular pressure （lOP）, neovascular in iris and complication. Results： Neovascular in iris became trivial or disappeared in three days, cornea edema were improved, 22eyes intra^wular pressure efficacious went down and got good ready for the next operation,2eyes intraocular pressure went down and kept normal intraocular pressure. Conclusion： Combination of retrobulhar injection of dexamethasone and multimavelength laser for neovascular might be an efficatious clinical therapy to control intraoeular pressure and prepare good condition for later glaucoma operation.
