国产紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法:经病理或细胞学证实的Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌患者21例,紫杉醇,150mg/m2,加入0.9%生理盐水中静滴4～6小时,第1天;卡铂AUC6,第2天静滴。结果:21例患者中CR6例,PR10例,SD3例,PD2例,总有效率(CR+PR)76.2%,主要的毒副反应为肌肉酸痛及骨髓抑制,绝大多数患者耐受良好。结论:紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗晚期胃癌患者疗效确切,患者耐受良好,值得推广。ObjecUve： To observe the side effect and effect in patients of advanced gastric cancer receiving chemotherapy with carboplatin and paclitaxel. Methods： The 21 patients of advanced gastric cancer were verived by cytology or pathology. Paclitaxel 150mg/m2 D1 iv drip, carboplatin AUC6 D2 iv drip. Results： The cases of CR, PR and SD in 21 patients were 6, 10 and 3. The general response rate was 76.2%. The main side effect was bone marrow depression and muscular soreness. Almost all the patients could tolerate the side effect. Conclusion： The effect of chemotherapy with carboplatin and paclitaxel to the patient of advanced gastric cancer was certain, the patients could tolerate the therapy, this regime was worthwhile to be extended.
