摘 要:挥发性吸入麻醉药由于其麻醉效能强、易于调控麻醉深度的优点而在全身麻醉中广泛应用。但是,目前研究表明常用的吸入麻醉药均有不同程度的神经毒性作用,主要表现为对学习、记忆等认知功能的影响。发育未成熟的脑、老年脑和阿尔茨海默病脑可能对麻醉介导的神经毒性更敏感。本文讨论近年有关挥发性吸入麻醉药的神经毒性作用及其机制的进展。Volatile inhalation anesthetics are extensively used in general anesthesia because of its strong efficiency and easier adjustment of anesthesia.However,recent studies have indicated that different degrees of neurotoxicity in cognitive function such as learning and memory were caused by volatile inhalation anesthetics.Developing immature brains,aged brains,and Alzheimer's disease brains seem to be more sensitive to anesthetic-mediated neurotoxicity.In this review we summarized the neurotoxic effects and the mechanism of volatile inhalation anesthetics.
