摘 要:以单生产商和多零售商构成的供应链为研究对象,依据运费承担对象的不同分为以下两种情况研究其协调模型:①生产商承担运费,此时生产商占有优势,由他制定共同的补货周期,通过共同的承运商向各零售商送货;②零售商承担运费,此时零售商占有优势,由他们制定共同的补货周期,通过共同的承运商上门取货。分别采用价格折扣和价格补贴的协调策略,使得供应链各方的成本都有所降低,实现了共赢,最后,通过数值算例验证了建立的模型。This paper studies a coordination model for a supply chain with a single manufacturer and multiple retailers.Two cases are considered:(i)transportation cost is borne by the manufacturer.In this case,the manufacturer dominates the supply chain,and accordingly the manufacturer determines the common replenishment time and delivers the item to the group of heterogeneous retailers through common carrier;(ii)transportation cost is borne by the retailers.In this case,the retailers dominate the supply chain,and accordingly the retailers determine the common replenishment time and receive items through a common carrier.The paper uses price discount and price subsidy as coordination strategies respectively,resulting in reduced cost of each party and realizing win-win situation in the supply chain.Numerical examples are presented to show the benefits of the proposed coordination strategy.
