摘　　要：指出《中国文献编目规则(第二版)》中期刊版本著录相关规定存在的主要问题。在对"版"的多种含意、期刊版本说明的著录选择对书目检索的影响、期刊版本说明著录的实践选择、国际化与适用性的选择以及规则的表述等方面进行分析探讨的基础上,认为编目规则的制定不仅要考虑与国际接轨的需要,更要考虑编目与检索环境的变化,从方便读者检索书目信息出发,采用适当的表述方式制定出合理、实用、明确、统一的规则。After pointing out several contradictions in Chinese Cataloging Rule （Second edition）, the paper analyzes different means of ＂ban＂, the different effect of description choice of periodical edition statement on catalogue retrieval and the practice of periodical edition statement description. It also discusses the optimization options of the consistency with international standard and the practicality of rules and the statement of the rules. The paper argues that the review of cataloging rule should consider not only the need of the international exchange of bibliographic records but also the change of catalogue and information retrieval environment, and the rules should be consistent and explicit.
