双根清脑颗粒对血管性痴呆血管内皮细胞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双根清脑颗粒对血管性痴呆大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法:原代培养的大鼠脑血管内皮细胞,以低氧低糖方式造模。以不同浓度含药双根清脑颗粒血清药干预,以MTT法检测脑血管内皮细胞的存活率,以流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡的情况。结果:中剂量的含药血清能显著保护血管内皮细胞,与模型组对比存在统计学意义。结论:在一定浓度范围内的双根清脑颗粒含药血清能够明显保护原代培养的脑血管内皮细胞。Objective ： To observe the effects of Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule on cerebral microvascular endothelial cells （ CMECs ） with Vascular Dementia. Methods ： Culturing and Identifying cerebral microvascular endothelial cells （ CMECs ） in rats. To establish model of mulitiple cerebral infarction from hypoxia. CMECs in Chinese herb group were given Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule. The model group, sham operation group and normal group were given physiological saline in equivalence. Cell growth rates were detected by MTT and Cell apoptosis caused was observed by Fluid cytometry （ FCM ）. Conclusion： Shuanggen cephalocathartic granule have significantly protective effects on CMECs with Vascular Dementia.
