摘  要:目的:以黄体酮胶囊为对照组,评价保胎灵片治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产的临床疗效及对子宫动脉血频谱流参数的影响。方法:随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组33例,对照组29例。治疗组:保胎灵片;对照组:黄体酮胶囊。比较两组治疗后综合疗效、子宫动脉血流频谱参数。结果:治疗组痊愈率30.3%,总有效率90.9%;对照组痊愈率17.2%,总有效率89.7%。两组痊愈率及总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)降低,但与治疗前比较无统计学意义;治疗组治疗后子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)显著降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后子宫动脉RI改变不明显;两组治疗后子宫动脉收缩期峰值/舒张期峰值比(S/D)均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:保胎灵片能有效治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产,综合疗效与黄体酮胶囊相当。保胎灵片能降低子宫动脉RI、S/D,改善子宫胎盘血流灌注,值得进一步研究和临床推广运用。Objective:This study was conducted to investigate the clinical evidence on effectiveness of Baotailing tablets treatment and the influence of uterine artery blood flow for first-trimester threatened abortion due to kidney deficiency,with progesterone capsules as a control.Methods:Sixty-two patients were enrolled in this study.The patients were assigned randomly to Baotailing or progesterone group.The total effective ratios of each group were observed.We also compare Doppler ultrasound measurement of uterine artery blood flow after treatment.Results:The total effcetive rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.9% and 89.7%,the cure rate were 30.3% and 17.2%,there was no signifieant differenee between the two group(P〉0.05).Insignificant decrease in pulsatility index(PI)of the uterine artery was observed after treatment and was not associated with treatment regimen.Significant decrease in systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D)was observed in both groups.only Baotailing treatment was accompanied by the decrease resistance index(RI).Conclusions:Baotailing tablets are effective drugs for curing early threatened abortion due to kidney deficiency.And they can decrease RI and S/D in the uterine artery.
