火针配合毫针针刺治疗酒渣鼻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针配合毫针针刺治疗酒渣鼻的临床疗效。方法:85例酒渣鼻患者,随机分为两组,针刺组45例,对照组40例。针刺组给予火针、毫针针刺治疗;对照组口服甲硝唑片治疗;两组均2周为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。结果:针刺组总有效率、愈显率分别为97.78%、88.89%,对照组总有效率、愈显率分别为82.50%、70.00%,针刺组临床疗效优于对照组,且复发率低。结论:火针配合毫针针刺治疗酒渣鼻有较好疗效。Objective： Linical therapeutic effect of acupuncture of fire needle combined with filliform needle on rosacea. Method： Patients with a rosacea were randomly divided into two groups： a acupuncture group of 45 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The acupuncture group was treated by fire needle combined with filliform needle group. The control group was treated by oral administration of metronidazole tablet.2 weeks is 1 period in both groups.The curative effects were evaluated after 3 periods of continualtreatment. Resuhs ： Both the total effective rate of 97.78% and the cured -maakedly effective rate of 88.89% in the acupuncture group were better than those of 82.50% and 70.00% in the control group, the recurrence rate in the acupuncture group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion ： Acupuncture of fire needle combined with filliform needle on rosacea has better therapeutic effect than the control group.
