中药贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：中药贴敷作为一种古老且实用的中药外用疗法以其简、便、廉、验等特点广泛应用于临床治疗中。中药贴敷对于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗具有药物和经络腧穴的双重调节作用行之有效。然而中药的不合理配伍应用,一味选用阿是穴贴敷的惯性思维,对其今后发展极为不利。因此,我们应将中药药物辨证配伍和辨经选穴有机地结合,大力继承和发掘古方中的验方、妙方,广泛应用到临床中去。Chinese herbal Medicinal Piaster as an ancient Chinese medicine for its simple topical treatments, it cheap and effective and so is widely used in clinical therapy. Medicinal herbs Plaster for the treatment of LDH with drugs and Meridian and aeupoint dual regulation, to be effective. However, application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the irrational, blindly selected ASHI acupoint is the inertia of thinking, very bad for their future development. Therefore, we should be combined with Chinese drugs and dialectical point identified by the organic combination of the election, vigorously carry forward and explore the ancient prescription of recipes, effective formulas, and applied to the clinic.
