摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏补肾汤对实验小鼠脑组织内SOD、MDA、GSH-PX含量的影响。方法:用D-半乳糖法造衰老小鼠模型,检测衰老小鼠大脑组织SOD、MDA、GSH-PX含量,观察玉屏补肾汤上述指标的影响。结果:玉屏补肾汤能降低衰老小鼠大脑MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-PX水平。结论:玉屏补肾汤可通过抗氧化作用,延缓脑组织衰老。Objective：To observe the effect of Yupingbushen prescription on SOD,MDA,GSH-PX in aging rats brain.Methods：The model of subacute aging rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose,after model being made,observe the effect of Yupingbushen prescription by test the content of SOD,MDA,GSH-PX in aging rats brain.Results：Yupingbushen prescription can reduce MDA level of ageing rats brain,Raise the level of SOD,GSH-PX.Conclusions：Yupingbushen prescription can delay the aging of brain by the effect of antioxidant.
