摘  要:目的:探讨改良食管腔内置管术治疗晚期胸段食管穿孔的临床效果和围术期护理方法。方法:本组9例晚期胸段食管穿孔患者均行改良食管腔内置管术,做好术前、术后护理及并发症观察与护理。结果:本组均置管顺利,无一例死亡,置管时间平均62.6d,置管期间发生3例并发症,经对症处理后均缓解。随访1~15年,患者均恢复正常饮食。结论:改良食管腔内置管术治疗晚期胸段食管穿孔效果确切,良好的围术期护理是手术成功的保障。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with advanced intrathoracic esophageal perforation by applying modified esophageal intraluminal stenting.Methods;The modified esophageal intraluminal stenting was applied to 9 patients with advanced intrathoracic esophageal perforation and careful preoperative and postoperative nursing care was given to the patients.Results:The stenting was successful in all patients and there was no death case.The mean time of esophageal stenting was 62.6 days,complications occurred in 3 patients and they were alleviated after symptomatic treatment.All patients have restored the normal diet according to the follow -up for 1 to 15 years.Conclusion: The effect of modified esophageal intraluminal stenting was definite in the treatment of patients with advanced intrathoracic esophageal perforation and good perioperative nursing care is the key to the success of surgery
