摘　　要：目的:探讨介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症围术期护理方法。方法:对170例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者行介入手术治疗,术前做好心理护理、患肢护理、完善各项术前准备,术后严密观察生命体征及患肢血运,积极做好抗凝治疗护理。结果:本组术后治疗效果满意,下肢动脉缺血症状均明显改善。结论:有效的围术期护理是介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症成功的保障。Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the interventional therapy of patients with atherosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs.Methods：The interventional surgical treatment was applied to 170 patients with atherosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs and perioperative nursing care was comprehensively carried out,such as good preoperative psychological care,affected limbs care,fully preoperative preparation and close postoperative observation on the vital signs and blood supply of the affected limbs as well as anticoagulant therapy and nursing care were actively implemented.Results：The postoperative treatment outcome was satisfactory and ischemic symptoms of lower limbs were significandy improved.Conclusions;Strengthening perioperative nursing care is the key to the success of interventional therapy in the treatment of atherosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs.
