摘 要:针对电网电容器的投切会影响谐波在电网中的传播,甚至会引起谐波的放大和谐振的问题,提出了在谐波影响下,计及电容器投切代价的电网电容器优化投切控制模型以及电容器临界补偿容量的算法。该模型能有效地控制设备动作次数,并避免电容器投切过程中的谐振现象。提出了一种基于遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法相结合的混合算法,该算法能加快收敛速度,减少随机解的影响。用混合算法对一个18节点配电网实例进行仿真,结果表明该模型符合实际,提出的策略和方法具有较好的实时性和实用性。Power capacitor switching affects the harmonics spread in the grid,and even leads to the harmonic amplification and harmonic resonance.For this problem,we propose the capacitor optimal switching control model which accounts the cost of capacitor switching as well ast he algorithm of the capacitor critical compensation capacity under the influence of the harmonics. The model can effectively control the action times of the devices and avoid the resonance phenomenon during the capacitor switching process.This paper proposes a mixed algorithm based on genetic algorithm and TS algorithm,which can speed up the convergence velocity and reduce the influence of stochastic results.Finally,an 18-bus distribution network is simulated based on the mixed algorithm, and the simulation results prove that the proposed model is realistic.The strategy and the algorithm proposed have good real-time ability and practicality.
