改良B-Lynch缝扎术治疗剖宫产难治性大出血的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式B-lynch缝扎术治疗剖宫产术中难治性大出血的应用价值。方法 2008～2010年我院42例剖宫产术中难治性大出血采用改良式B-lynch缝扎术治疗作为研究组,随机选择34例剖宫产术中大出血病例(采用出血部位"8"字缝扎、结扎双侧子宫动脉、宫腔填塞纱条等方法治疗)作为对照组,对手术时间、产后出血量、产褥病率以及治疗效果等进行对比。结果 B-Lynch缝扎术治疗组上述指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式B-lynch缝扎术安全、有效、操作简单、止血迅速,是治疗剖宫产术中大出血的一种有效措施。Objective To explore the curative effect of improved B-lynch suture on the prevention of refractory hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods There were 42 cases of refractory hemorrhage in cesarean section treated with the improved B-Lynch suture technique served as the research group,while 34 parturient patients treated with conventional technique for postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section were recruited as the control group. The operation duration,postpartum hemorrhage volume,puerperal morbidity and therapeutic efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The above-mentioned index was differences between the research group and the control group with statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved B-Lynch suture technique is particularly effective in the treatment of refractory hemorrhage in cesarean section for its advantages as simplicity in manipulation, promptness in hemostasis, relative safety and applicability.
