摘　　要：笔者结合实际施工工作经验,从施工项目管理的内容以及施工项目管理程序,对施工项目目标控制管理、施工项目生产要素管理及施工项目经营管理方面进行了阐述。The author,based on the actual construction working experience,describes from the aspects,such as the content of construction project management,the management procedures of construction project,the target control management of construction project,the producing factors management of construction project and operation management of construction project.
