新生代农民工体育权益保障研究

摘　　要：新生代农民工已经成为进城农民工的主体,他们的体育权益缺失是当代社会应该给予关注和解决的问题。通过对新生代农民工体育权益缺失现状及原因的分析,提出通过加强政府职能,建立和完善相关法规制度;开展企业社会责任运动,明确农民工体育权益;大力发展社区体育,促进农民工融入城市生活;以农民工工会为依托,提高农民工维权意识和体育技能等途径来保障农民工的体育权益。Peasant-workers in the new age have become the major force in the peasant-workers who rush to work in the city.Attention should be paid to the loss of their sports rights.By means of analyzing the status quo of and reasons for the loss of their sports rights,this paper proposes such approaches to guarantee the sports rights of the peasant-workers as constructing and perfecting relevant rules and regulations through consolidating governmental functions,carrying out the enterprise social responsibility campaign to designate the sports rights of the peasant-workers and developing community sports to promote their adaptation to the city life and improving their awareness to safeguard their rights and sports skills with the help of peasart-workers unions.
