摘　　要：目的:建立活血通脉片的薄层鉴别方法。方法:运用TLC法对该制剂中的三七、赤芍、红花、川芎四味药材进行鉴别研究,其中均以各自的阴性对照品和相应有效成分进行对照试验。结果:经多次试验斑点清晰,重现性好,阴性无干扰。结论:表明该方法操作简单、稳定、专属性和重现性强,可作为该制剂质量控制的定性依据,也为今后标准的修订提供了依据。Objective： To establish a thin layer distinction method of identification of Promoting coronary circulation Tablets.Methods： The TLC was adopted for carring out research of pseudo-ginseng,radix paeoniae rubra,safflower and ligusticum wallichii,in contrast to the negative and effective ingredient in contrast to the corresponding.Results： The experiment was shown that it had a clear and well spot and no interference of negative.Conclusion： It is indicated that the method is simple,stability,and in the exclusive property and can be used for qualitative control of the quality and standards for the amendment provides a basist.
