摘  要:目的:建立川东獐牙菜中獐牙菜苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Crest C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75),流速:1 ml/min,检测波长:254 nm,柱温:25℃。结果:獐牙菜苦苷在0.4~2.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.86%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为川东獐牙菜中獐牙菜苦苷的含量测定方法。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Swer-tiamarin in Swertia davidi Franch.by HPLC.Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was performed on C18 column.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: methyl alcohol-water(25∶75) as mobile phase,flow rate being 1.0 ml/min,the detecting wavelength at 254 nm and column temperature being 25℃.Results: Swertiamarin had good linear relation within the range from 0.4 to 2.0 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.78% with a RSD of 1.86%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is convenient,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for content determinaton of Swertiamarin in Swertia davidi Franch..
