摘 要:目的:筛选适用于分离纯化黄连小檗碱的大孔吸附树脂。方法:本文考察了10种大孔吸附树脂,筛选出了适用于分离纯化黄连小檗碱的D101大孔吸附树脂,其静态吸附量为18.08 mg/g,静态和动态解吸率均为95%以上。结果:选用D101大孔吸附树脂,先水洗除杂,再用4~5倍树脂体积的60%乙醇洗脱,浓缩干燥,产品中小檗碱的含量为30.02%,产品收率为9.12%。结论:本法简单、易行,适合黄连小檗碱的提取。Objective: To study on separation and purification of berberine in Coptis chinensis by macroporous adsorption resin.Methods: From the 10 kinds of different macroporous adsorption resins,the D101 resin which the adsorption performance was 18.08 mg/g and the desorption ratio was over 95% was selected to separate the berberine in Coptis chinensis.Results: The desorption ratio of over 95% could be gotten by using 60% ethanol as eluting solvent and 4-5 BV.Under these experiment conditions,the content of berberine in products was 30.02% and the yield was 9.12%.Conclusion: The method is easy,possessed of popularization and application value.It can be used for separation berberine from Coptis chinensis.
