摘　　要：目的:优选枣仁安神胶囊提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以浸膏中酸枣仁皂苷A和B的含量为指标,用高效液相色谱测定,采用L9(34)正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选的枣仁安神胶囊提取工艺稳定、可行,提取率高。Objective： To study on optimizing decocting extraction for Zaoren Anshen Capsules by orthogonal design method.Methods： Optimized the decocting extraction with L9（34） orthogonal test,the yields of extracts,the content of the Jujubaside A and Jujubaside B were used as evaluating criteria.They was determined by HPLC.Results： The optimal condition was 8 folds amount of water,3 times,1.5 hours each time.Conclusion： The optimized extractive technology is stable and efficient with high yields.
