摘　　要：目的:探讨前列舒通胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:对于入组123例良性前列腺增生的患者有早期下尿路症状者,给予单纯口服前列舒通胶囊,治疗前后观察国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及最大尿流率的变化。结果:治疗后患者I-PSS国际前列腺的症状评分明显降低(P<0.05),最大尿流率升高(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊能显著改善早期良性前列腺增生的临床症状。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Shutong Capsules for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods： 123 cases with the early lower urinary tract symptoms of BPH were treated with the pure Qianlie Shutong Capsules,recording IPSS and maximum flow rate before and after treatment.Results： IPSS had a conspicuous decrease（P0.05）,the maximum flow rate had a conspicuous increase（P0.05）.Conclusion： Qianlie Shutong Capsules can significantly improve the early lower urinary tract symptoms of BPH.
