摘　　要：目的:探讨经肛双吻合器直肠切除吻合术(STARR)手术治疗出口阻塞型便秘的临床疗效、安全性及术后效果。方法:对80例女性出口阻塞型便秘经STARR手术治疗后的临床资料进行分析和总结,包括患者的便秘症状、患者的满意度和生活质量调查。结果:全部病例排便困难症状明显改善,生活质量明显提高。结论:STARR手术治疗出口阻塞型便秘安全、有效。Objective： To evaluate the safety and efficacy of stapled transanal rectal resection（STARR）,and to analyze the outcome of the patients after the operation.Methods： Clinical data of eighty patients underwent STARR operation for obstructed defaecation syndrome in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The data were collected prospectively from standardized questionnaires for the assessment of constipation,patient satisfaction and quality of life.Results： Irregular defecation of all cases were changed correctly.The symptoms of constipation improved in all patients after surgery.The quality of life improved significantly in all patients.Conclusion： STARR can be performed safely and effectively for obstructed defaecation syndrome without major morbidity.
