壮药铁包金的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：壮药铁包金为广西壮族和西南少数民族地区常用的一味民族药,据调查其来自于勾儿茶属4种植物的茎藤和根。现代药理实验证实铁包金具抗肿瘤、抗感染、镇痛等作用。本文综述了近几年国内外对这几种铁包金原植物的主要化学成分及其药理作用的研究,为其临床应用和开发利用提供依据。Berchemia Ramulus is a kind of native medicine commonly used in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and ethnic minority area in Southwest China,and according to an investigation,the frequently-used folk Berchemia lineate originates from stem,vine root of four plants of the Berchemia genus.Modern pharmacological experiments demonstrate that Berchemia Ramulus has the functions of anti-tumor,anti-inflammation and analgesia etc.This article presents an overview on main chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of these plants of Berchemia Ramulus in domestic and oversea researches,so as to provide with a basis for its development,utilization and further research.
