摘　　要：目的:探讨应用自体脂肪筛选颗粒移植治疗颞部凹陷的有效方法。方法:通过注射麻醉液预先估计填充量,选择抽吸自体脂肪颗粒,清洗纯化筛选后超量移植填充颞部凹陷部位。结果:本组48例,术后未发现有感染、坏死及液化等症状。随访1年,38例一次成功,8例由于凹陷较大补充注射一次,效果满意。结论:自体脂肪颗粒筛选移植治疗颞部凹陷具有成活率高、其质感形态与周围一致、安全、效果好等优点。Objective：To discuss the effective method of autologous fat granulars transplantation in the treatment of temporal area depression.Methods：Autologous fat granulars were extracted with injector from donating site and injected into temporal area depression after washing and cleaning.Excess injection was needed due to part of autologous fat granulars were absorbed after transplantation.Results：We performed autologous fat granulars transplantation in total of 48 cases,all of the procedures were safe.All of them were followed up for 1 year,38 of the total cases were injected one time,8 of the total cases were retreated again.All cases were reconstructed by autologous fat granulars transplantation.Conclusion：Autologous fat granulars injection for transplantation is a safe and effective method in treating temporal area depression.
