摘　　要：目的:观察热毒宁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年4月～2010年5月儿科收治的符合诊断标准的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿88例,随机将88例患者分为热毒宁组(观察组44例)和利巴韦林组(对照组44例),观察组采用静脉滴注热毒宁0.5～0.8 ml/kg,1次/d,疗程5～7d;对照组应用静脉滴注利巴韦林10mg/kg,1次/d,疗程5～7d。治疗后观察2组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率、退热时间和疱疹消退时间均较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效好、安全,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the treatment of children with herpes Reduning angina clinical efficacy.Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital from April 2008 to May 2010 admitted in pediatric herpes meet the diagnostic criteria for children with 88 cases of angina,88 patients were randomly divided into Reduning group（observation group,44 cases） and ribavirin（control group of 44 cases）,observation group were treated with intravenous infusion Reduning 0.5-0.8 ml/kg,1 time/d The course of treatment was 5-7 d;control group were intravenous ribavirin 10 mg/kg,1 time/d,5-7 d treatment.After treatment,clinical effects were observed.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group,time,and herpes fever subsided time than the control group there was significant difference（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：Reduning herpes angina treatment is effective,safe and worthy of clinical.
