摘　　要：图像识别是野生动物形态鉴定中最常用的一种技术方法。此项技术检验速度快、鉴定成本低、对检材无损害,但动物特征点的判断和拍摄质量是检验鉴定的关键,不可忽视,否则,在法庭审判中会导致错判,损害公民的合法利益,甚至造成国家赔偿。Image recognition is a mostly used technical method used for the identification of wild animal.This testing method has many advantages e.g.high speed,low cost,not harmful for the tested object.Since the estimation of animal characteristics and the shooting quality are the key processes,these processes should not be neglected;otherwise,the court trial may lead to miscarriage of justice and undermine the legal interests of citizens or even result in state compensation.
