摘 要:研究了EPDM/NR并用比、配合剂、硫化体系、补强体系和EPDM预硫化工艺等对EPDM/NR并用胶高温条件下压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,当EPDM用量介于70~80份之间时,并用胶压缩永久变形最大;EGDMA配合剂改性的EPDM/NR并用胶压缩永久变形最小,聚异丁烯改性的最大;过氧化物硫化体系的EPDM/NR并用胶压缩永久变形最小,硫黄硫化体系的最大;随炭黑类填料用量的增加,并用胶压缩永久变形先减小后增大,但随着无机类填料用量的增加而增加;填充快压出炭黑(N550)并采用EPDM预硫化工艺能有效降低并用胶压缩永久变形。Effects of EPDM/NR blending ratio,compatibilizers,curing systems,reinforcing systems and EPDM presulfurization technology on the high temperature compression set of EPDM/NR blends were studied.The results showed that the compression set of the blends was the highest when EPDM content was 70~80phr;The blends modified with EGDMA compatibilizer had the lowest compression set,while the blends modified with polyisobutene compatibilizer had the highest one;The blends cured with peroxide curing system had the lowest compression set,while the blends cured with sulfur curing system had the highest one;The compression set of the blends first decreased and then increased with the increase of amounts of reinforcing fillers such as carbon black;Using FEF(N550) and EPDM presulfurization technology was of benefit to the decrease of the compression set of the blends.
