摘 要:焊条电弧焊培训的初始阶段,操作人员需要通过较长时间的练习才能掌握对弧长波动的控制,既耗材又耗时。针对上述问题,根据弧长和电弧电压的关系,设计了一种弧长超限报警电路,该报警电路包括电压取样电路、电压比较电路和报警发生电路。在空载和正常焊接操作时,报警电路不工作;在弧长过长、超过正常的范围时,电路发出报警声,提醒操作人员调整弧长,当弧长减小到正常范围后电路停止报警。在焊条电弧焊培训时,利用弧长超限报警电路,能够在保证培训质量的情况下,缩短培训周期,降低培训成本。It consumes more electrodes and more time for operator to control fluctuant of arc length in the first stage of SMAW (Shield Metal Arc Welding) training.To deal with the problem,an over-limited arc length alarming circuit has been designed based on the relationship between arc length and arc voltage.The circuit consists of data acquisition,arc voltage comparison and alarm signal-generating circuits.The circuit will he out of action while arc length is in normal range.If arc length exceeds the superior limit, the circuit will emit an alarming signal,which means that arc length should be shortened.The circuit stops emitting the signal while arc length returns to normal value.The circuit has been proved to be able to ensure the quality of training, reduce cost and cycle of training.
