摘 要:从磨矿动力学出发,提出了阶段磨选时磨矿粒度的划分方法,将阶段磨矿的能耗问题转换成当量磨矿时间最小的数学问题,通过分析磨矿时间与粗精矿产率的相互关系,用数学方法回归磨矿动力学方程和粗精矿产率与磨矿粒度的数学关系,提出了与磨矿能耗一致的当量磨矿时间概念,以最小的总能耗划分磨矿粒度。借助于EXCEL可以实现两段、三段磨矿合理的磨矿粒度划分。以某一铁矿的阶段磨选为例,对合理的两段、三段磨矿进行了计算,得到了总能耗最小的磨矿粒度划分。Based on the grinding kinetic theory,a size division method for grinding particle in stage grinding was proposed,and the problem of energy consumption was therewith transferred into a mathematic problem concerning the least equivalent grinding time.Through the analysis of the interrelation between the grinding time and the yield of rough concentrate,mathematic regression technique was used to obtain the grinding kinetic equation and the mathematical relationship between the yield of rough concentrate and grinding particle size,and a concept of equivalent grinding time,which was consistent with the energy consumption of grinding,was presented,while the size can be divided based on the minimum grinding energy consumption.Reasonable grinding particle size divisions in two-stage or three-stage grinding can be calculated using Excel software.An iron ore dressing plant,where a suitable two-stage or three-stage grinding process can be applied,was selected as an example of this mathematic model,and the division of grinding particle size for least energy consumption was calculated.
