摘 要:介绍新研制的多极变极面结构磁系磁选机,根据分选过程中不同分选区域的相应分选机理,设计了多极变极面结构磁系,磁系磁场性能优于常规磁系;该类型磁选机在某矿山选厂进行的工业试验表明,采用多极变极面磁系,可使精矿品位提高0.1%~0.45%,尾矿品位降低0.3%~1.7%,分选指标优于常规结构磁系磁选机,经济效益明显,具有广阔的推广应用前景。The new magnetic separator using magnetic system with structure of multi-pole and pole-changing surface is introduced,according to the corresponding separation mechanism of different separation zones in the process of separation,the magnetic system with structure of multi-pole and pole-changing surface is designed,and its property of magnetic field is superior to that of normal magnetic system.The industrial test for magnetic separator using magnetic system with structure of multi-pole and pole-changing surface in a mill of mine shows that this type of magnetic separator can increase the concentrate grade by 0.1%~0.45%,and decrease the tailing grade by 0.3%~1.7%.It also shows that its separation index is better than magnetic separator using magnetic system with conventional structure,the economic benefits are obvious,and it has broader prospects of popularization and application.
