单孔胸腔镜医用蛋白胶治疗肺大疱对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比胸腔镜常规手术与胸腔镜下医用蛋白胶肺大疱注入手术治疗原发自发性气胸肺大疱破裂的疗效。寻找一种创伤更小的治疗原发自发性气胸肺大疱破裂的外科微创手术方式。方法 60例原发自发性气胸肺大疱破裂患者随机分为两组,A组30例施行常规胸腔镜手术,B组30例施行胸腔镜下医用蛋白胶肺大疱注入手术,两组对比分析。结果 B组手术时间,术中失血量,切口长度,术后胸液量,拔管时间,早期肺不张率,平均住院时间均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下医用蛋白胶肺大疱注入手术治疗原发自发性气胸肺大疱破裂创伤更小,手术操作更简单,疗效显著。Objective To contrast common VATS（ video-assisted thoracic surgery ）with VATS of medical albumin gel the effect of in treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax of ruptured bunamiodyl.And find a new micro-invasive surgery with lower wound in treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax of ruptured bunamiodyl.Methods 60 cases of primary spontaneous pneumothorax of ruptured bunamiodyl were divided into group A and group B radomly,each group had 30 cases.Group A were treated with common VATS,group B were treated with VATS of medical albumin gel.Contrastive analysis of two groups .Results Surgical time,blood loss in surgery,the length of cut,chest fluid after surgery ,extubate time,rate of earlier period pulmonary atelectasis and average stay of group B were lower than those of group A（P0.05）.Conclusion Because of the lower wound,more simple and more effective,VATS of medical albumin gel is superior than common VATS in the treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax of ruptured bunamiodyl.
