摘　　要：目的总结子宫腺肌病经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCS)的声像图特征。方法对175例子宫腺肌病患者行TVCS检查,并与病理结果对照。结果子宫腺肌病声像图可分为弥漫型、局灶型、合并肌瘤型;经病理证实的175例子宫腺肌病患者中,超声诊断符合率为93.1%,误诊率4%,漏诊率2.9%。结论 TVCS对子宫腺肌病诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To summarize the imaging characteristics of adenomyosis by transvaginal color doppler sonography.Methods 175 patients with Adenomyosis were examined by TVCS,the results were compared with postoperative pathological data.Results Adenomyosis were divided into there types according to imaging characteristics：diffusion ,focus and combined uterine myoma.Among （or In） 175 cases with adenomyosis confirmed by postoperative pathology ,the diagnosis conformity rate by TVCS was 93.1%,the misdiagnosis rate was 4% ,the failure rate was 2.9%.Conclusion TVCS possesses excellent value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adenomyosis.
