摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期全程优质护理服务对肾结石经皮肾镜超声吸附碎石术患者的影响。方法选取30例肾结石患者为观察组,实施围手术期全程优质护理,另取30例肾结石相同手术方式患者为对照组,接受一般护理。观察并比较两组术后并发症发生率及患者满意度情况。结果两组患者并发症发生率、止痛药应用比例、患者及家属满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期全程优质护理能有效减少术后并发症的发生、减轻患者疼痛、提高患者满意度。Objective Discussion about the influence of quality of perioperative care services for the patients of kidney stones in percutaneous absorption with ultrasonic lithotripsy .Methods 30 cases of kidney stones were selected for the observation group and implemented for the whole quality of perioperative care ;Another 30 cases of kidney stones taken by the same way as the control group received usual care .Observe and compare the postoperative complication rate and the situation of patients satisfaction.Results The incidence of complications,pain medicine scaled,satisfaction of patients and their families were significantly different （P0.05）.Conclusion Whole quality of perioperative care can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction.
