摘　　要：介绍金城造纸股份有限公司两台国产文化用纸纸机安装使用顶网成形器的效果。介绍了顶网成形器的结构形式、技术实数以及安装调试过程。使用顶网成形器后,不仅加快了网部脱水速度,而且降低了成纸两面差,产品质量明显提高。Two domestic conventional fourdrinier machines, with 2640 mm of width and 400 m/min of running speed, producing cultural paper have been running since last century, in order to improve the paper quality, the two-sideness and formation in particular, they were re- buih mainly by installing a top former which creates the opposite dewatering supplied by a domestic supplier. The dewaterlng speed on the wire increases and the two-sideness of the paper reduces, product quality upgrades significantly after application of the top former.
