摘  要:介绍了高分子物理实验教学用凝胶色谱(GPC)装置的试装与调试,在GPC装置试装时对相关配件进行了设计和定制,确定使用无机多孔硅胶作为凝胶,四氢呋喃作为溶剂。对成功组装的GPC装置进行了相关实验技术的讨论,确定装柱方法为干法一次装柱,装柱高度以2/3柱高最为合理,装柱比例1∶1时为最优。给出了虹吸管的体积和测定的敏感波长,并简要介绍了自行编制的数据后处理软件的使用方法。建立的GPC装置不仅扩展了实验室的硬件设备,同时也有利于提高学生的实际动手能力和对测试原理的深入理解。This article described the installation and commissioning test of the gel permeation chromatograph(GPC) device used in the polymer physics experimenal teaching.The accessories were designed and customized when the equipment was tested.Inorganic porous silica gel and tetrahydrofuran were used as the gel and solvent in this study.The interrelated experiment skills about the GPC system,were probed into.The method of loading column is dry loading column,and the loaded column height of 2 / 3 of the most high column is reasonable and the optimal ratio of loaded column is 1∶1.The volume of siphon and the testing wavelength were obtained and the use of post-processing software was introduced briefly.The results indicate that this established device extends the laboratory hardware.At the same time,this device greatly improves the students' practical ability and the understanding of testing theory.
