摘 要:桂林中心城市环境水系"两江四湖"自2002年建成以来表明,从城北郊上兰洲引水入湖工程运用良好,使湖水得到交换,激活了水体。在湖水位高于江水位3.5~5.5 m的条件下,分别由船闸和升船机实现了江湖通航游览。"一水抱城流"的景象,开辟了独具特色的城市环境水利。"两江四湖"既是一项以水利牵头的系统工程,也是一项促进桂林市各项事业发展的动力。但在枯水期漓江水量不足,桃花江和小东江整治等问题急需解决。文中据作者多年来参与有关桂林市环境水利规划设计工作以及接触感受到的情况,继往开来概要地论述桂林市环境水利发展的必要和可能。Since established in 2002,Guilin's central urban environment river system "Two Rivers and Four Lakes" has shown that the project of channeling water from Guilin's north suburb Shanglanzhou into lakes has been operating well,which makes the lake water get exchanged and activates the water body.Although the water level of the lake overtops that of the river by 3.5 ~ 5.5 meters,it has rendered the lakes and rivers navigable with the help of ship lock and ship lift.The scene that one water runs around this city has featured the urban environment water system."Two Rivers and Four Lakes" program is both a leading water system engineering program and a driving force boosting the development of Guiling's other aspects. However,in dry season when water in Lijiang River is insufficient,the problems such as the renovation of Taohua River and the Small East River urgently need to be solved.This essay discusses the necessity and possibility of Guilin's urban water environment development on the basis of the author's feeling and contaction of years of work about Guilin city urban water environment planning.
