摘　　要：南水北调北京西四环暗涵施工中采用了浅埋暗涵施工法。文中阐述了该工程施工中遇到的困难条件,分析了现行打设超前小导管的三种方法存在的问题,提出了采用气动冲击矛打设小导管的施工方法。通过详细分析冲击矛的基本工作原理,揭示了这项工艺的优越性,总结了在该工程中利用气动冲击矛的施工经验,并且阐述了运用这项技术需要注意的问题及改进的意见。The method of culvert-undercutting with shallow overburden is adopted to construct Beijing Xisihuan underground culvert of South-to-north Transfer Project.The difficult conditions that are encountered in this project＇s construction process are introduced, the existing problems of three current methods to set up small lead conduit are analyzed when the undercutting method is used,and a technique of using pneumatic impact spear to set up small lead conduit is presented.Through analyzing the basic work principle of this spear in detail,the technique＇s superiority is revealed,the construction experience of this culvert project is summarized,some problems needing attention and improvement in regard to this technique are put forward.
