优质复合抗病番茄新品种杭杂401的选育

摘　　要：杭杂401是以T06-1为母本,以9905-2-1-1-1-1为父本配制而成的中早熟番茄一代杂种。无限生长类型,50%的植株有长而密的白色茸毛,50%为普通植株;第1花序着生于第7.6节,幼果有绿色果肩,成熟果大红色,单果重150.9 g,果实硬度1.13 kg.cm-2,较耐贮运;品质佳,风味好,Vc含量352.7 mg.kg-1,可溶性固形物7.93%,总糖3.37%,可滴定酸度0.407%;耐高温、耐低寒和耐涝性均好,高抗烟草花叶病毒病和叶霉病、抗黄瓜花叶病毒病、中抗青枯病;茸毛株对蚜虫、烟粉虱和美洲斑潜蝇具有较好的避虫效果;春大棚栽培每亩产量5 312.3 kg,适于设施和露地栽培。The hybrid tomato cultivar ＇Hangza No.401＇ is F1 of T06-1（female parent） and 9905-2-1-1-1-1 （male parent） .It is a new middle-early maturity cultivar with indeterminate growth. Half of the F1 plants have dense, long and white hairs, while the other half without hairs. The node order of the first flower is 7.6. Its young fruit has green shoulder, while red in mature. The average single fruit weight is 150.9 g. The hardness of the fruit is 1.13 kg.cm^-2. It has long shelf life, good quality withgood flavor .Its content of vitamin C is 352.7 mg.kg^-1. Total soluble solid, total sugar and titratab!e acidity of the fruit are 7.93 %, 3.37% and 0.407%, respectively. The cultivar is highly resistant to TMV and leaf mould, resistant to CMV and middle resistant to bacterial wilt. It is highly resistant to flooding and temperature stress. The hairy plants can repel Aphids, Bemisia tabaci and American leaf miner. The cultivar suits for protectorate or open fields cultivation, and its yield is about 7.96 kg per arce in spring with orotectorate cultivation method.
