摘　　要：采用建筑技术理论及各专业模拟软件ECOTECT、PHEONIX以及ODEON,对一住宅小区建筑规划方案的环境参量进行了模拟计算,并根据得到的结果对初始建筑方案进行了优化和完善,使其满足绿色生态建筑的相关要求.By using of architectural technology theory and simulation software ECOTECT,PHEONIX and ODEON,several environmental parameters of a residential district planning scheme are simulated.According to the results obtained,the initial planning scheme of the residential district has been optimized and improved to meet the relevant green ecological building requirements.
