摘　　要：由于60000 m3/h空分设备空压机排气侧轴承预紧力过大以及增速机与压缩机接触间隙过小,导致空压机吸气侧及增速机轴振动值高。文章介绍了空压机的结构、主要技术参数,叙述了空压机轴振动值高的故障现象,阐述了处理措施及效果。The excessive high pre-tightening force of bearing at exhaust side and too small contact gap between the speeder and the compressor of 60000 m^3/h air separation plant air compressor result in high bearing vibration value of the suction side and speeder of the air compressor. Here, the structure and main technical parameters of the air compressor are briefed, and the trouble of high shaft vibration value of the air compressor and its corrective measures effects are described.
