中药有效成分防治糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来防治糖尿病的代表性中药可分为多糖类、黄酮类、生物碱类和其它类。中药通过多途径多靶点对糖尿病具有降低血糖、减轻糖尿病对机体损害及控制、延缓糖尿病并发症作用。因其在治疗糖尿病方面疗效显著,副作用小,中药新药具有独特优势和潜在的应用发展空间。Representative traditional Chinese drugs（TCDs） reported in recent several years could be classified into polyose,flavonoid,alkaloids and others.TCDs played roles of descending the lever of blood sugar（BS）,mitigating impairment of organs and controlling or delaying complications in diabete through many pathways and targets.New drugs from TCDs have special advantages and potential applications domains because their less side effects and more significant effects in treating diabetes.
