摘  要:目的拟建立柴附消乳颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法醇提取工艺以出膏率、丹参酮ⅡA含量为考察指标,水提取工艺以出膏率和橙皮苷含量为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其提取工艺条件进行优选。结果柴附消乳颗粒醇提最佳工艺条件为:加6倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.5 h;水提最佳工艺条件为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次2 h。结论工艺合理、可行,适合现代化大生产。Aim To establish the optimal extracting technique of Chaifuxiaoru Granules.Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the total content of the TanshinoneⅡA presented in the extract as the indexes for the ethanol extraction process,and with the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total hesperidin presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively.Results The optimal conditions for the ethanol extraction of chaifuxiaoru granules was as follows:6 times of 70% ethanol was added,reflux twice,1.5 hours each time.The optimal process of the water extraction for chaifuxiaoru granules was to add water 10 times,decocting 3 times,2 hours each time.Conclusion The method of extraction technology was reasonable and practical,and suitable to industrialized production.
