摘　　要：H2S和CO2是碳酸盐岩油气藏中常见的腐蚀性气体,油气储层中富含该类酸性腐蚀介质,会对井下管柱带来很大的危害。为了解决含腐蚀介质油气井中固井工具易被腐蚀的难题,对国内各种石油管材进行了深入而广泛的调研,详细分析了各种耐腐蚀管材材料的防腐蚀机理,对比了其优缺点,综合考虑各种因素,优选出了研制耐腐蚀特种尾管固井工具的金属材料。采用优选出的金属材料设计了多种规格的耐腐蚀特种尾管固井工具,并在川东北地区累计应用40余次均获得成功,有效解决了该地区高含腐蚀介质油气井的固井技术难题。H2S and CO2 are common corrosive gases in carbonate reservoir. Oil and gas reservoirs are rich in such acidic corrosive medium, which will damage downhole string. In order to solve the corrosion problem existed in cementing tools in oil and gas wells, an in-depth and extensive research on the oil pipe manufactured domestically were conducted. The mechanisms of corrosion of different corrosion resistant pipes were analyzed, and their advantage and disadvantage were compared. The special materials were cho- sen for manufacturing corrosion resistant cementing tools. According to the requirement of casing program design and common sequence of casing, special corrosion-resistant liner cementing tool with different speci- fications were designed using the optimized metal materials. The special corrosion-resistant liner was used in Northeast Sichuan gasfields for more than 40 times,the results showed that it effectively solved the cementing problem in this area＇s oil and gas well with high content of corrosive media.
