普罗布考治疗早期糖尿病肾病106例观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察普罗布考治疗对早期糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白的影响。[方法]将106例2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗组和普罗布考组,每组各53例。常规治疗组使用降压、降糖、调脂、抗血小板聚集等治疗措施,普罗布考组在常规药物治疗的基础上口服普罗布考片0.5 g,每日2次。两组治疗时间均为3个月。比较两组治疗前后血压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平和尿微量白蛋白变化。[结果]与治疗前比较,两组治疗后收缩压、血糖、血脂、尿微量白蛋白均明显下降(P<0.05);普罗布考组的尿微量白蛋白、C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平较常规药物组有明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]两组患者的血糖、血脂、血压水平组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);在常规药物治疗的基础上联合普罗布考,能有效降低尿微量白蛋白,对早期糖尿病肾病有治疗作用。[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Probucol treatment for early diabetic nephropathy through trace urinary albumin. [Methods] One hundred and six patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly allocated into conventional therapy group and Probucol group,53 cases in each.The conventional therapy group was given conventional therapy（adjusting blood sugar,cutting down blood fat,suppressing platelet aggregation and so on）;the Probucol group on the basis of the conventional therapy was given Probucol 500mg for oral use twice a day.All the patients were treated 3 months.Fasting blood glucose,triglyeride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,reactive protein C,fibrinogen and trace urinary albumin in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. [Results] The blood glucose,blood fat and trace urinary albumin were decreased in both groups after treatment（P0.05）.There were significant differences in reactive protein C,fibrinogen and trace urinary albumin between the two groups（P0.05）. [Conclusion] There was no significant difference in blood glucose,blood fat and trace urinary albumin between the two groups after therapy（P0.05）;The treatment combined with Probucol can decrease the levels of trace urinary albumin on the basis of conventional therapy and is an effective method for early diabetic nephropathy.
