摘　　要：新中国以来裁判离婚理由在六十年的发展历程中,经过了两次重大修正。现行裁判离婚理由贯彻了平等的价值理念,张扬自由的同时,力求达到自由与秩序的衡平,与以往的裁判离婚理由相比具有进步性。但其在公平和效率价值上仍存在不足,值得我们关注并予以完善。The reasons for divorce judgment have changed for twice in the last sixty years since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China. The reasons for divorce judgment provided by the applying law incarnate the value of equality, it strives for the balance of liberty and order while displaying the value of liberty, so it is much advance compared with the old reasons for divorce judgment. But in the value of justice and efficiency, it has some disadvantages that need us to perfect.
