摘　　要：实验室管理体制要适应现代科学技术发展的需要,结合南京农业大学动物科技学院的实践,提出建立实验教学中心,实现了资源合理配置、合理利用,以人为本,充分调动实验室管理人员的积极性,推进实验室开放,提高实验室和大型仪器设备的使用效率,是实验室管理体制改革的核心。To adapt laboratory management system to the demands of the development of modern science and technology,we combined with the practice of college of animal science and technology and proposed to establish teaching experiment center which can realize resource rational distribution and utilization and lay stress on man to arouse lab administrative staff＇s enthusiasm.The establishment of teaching experiment center can promote laboratory opening and improve the use efficiency of laboratory and large instrument and equipment.The establishment of teaching experiment center is the core of laboratory management system reform.
