摘  要:由于井下热负荷很大,空间位置狭小,使用传统矿井空调系统已无法有效解决井下热害。在前期研究的基础上提出一种冰浆潜热输送矿井空调,利用冰浆的可流动性、潜热大的特点,可以大大提高冷量的输送密度,减小管道和换热器的尺寸,节省空间,同时可根据不同的工作条件在三种工况下自由切换。该系统在初投资及运行费用上都比传统的矿井空调大幅下降,具有良好的经济性。In this paper,a new kind of air-conditioning system is developed by ice slurry latent heat transport technology to solve the problem that the traditional air-conditioning system can not work effectively in the deep underground mines,with the characteristic of large heat load and narrow space.By use of high latent heat and well fluidity of the ice slurry,the cooling conveying density can be elevated substantially so that the size of pipes and heat exchangers will get smaller and less space is needed for the system.Three operating modes which can be switched automatically are designed for different working conditions to realize the peak load shifting by using the ice storage technology.Compared with traditional air-conditioning system,the economic analysis showed that this system can reduce the initial investment and operation costs largely and gets favorable economical effect.
