摘 要:通过对福建省永定县凤城镇居住建筑围护结构、住宅能耗水平及室内温湿度的实地调研和测试,对比分析了夏热冬暖地区小城镇住宅单位面积能耗与全国非采暖城镇平均能耗的差异;并测评了其居住热舒适环境。在此基础上,结合当地实际情况提出以下3种研究方法探讨该地区小城镇的建筑节能潜力,即①现状建筑条件下未来(空调普及后)的建筑能耗;②仅采用整改围护结构的被动式技术改造(不增加空调能耗)情景下热舒适性提升状况;③实施围护结构改造并考虑未来空调普及后的能耗。结果表明,放任发展(情景①)的结果将导致单位面积能耗增至27.8千克标煤,是现状建筑能耗的3倍;情景③较情景①将节能48.9%;情景②不增加能耗但热舒适性难以满足要求。Based on the field research of the residential building envelope,energy consumption and indoor air temperature and relative humidity during this summer in Yongding district of Fujian province,the indoor thermal environment is objectively analyzed as well as the residential energy consumption of the small towns in hot summer and cold winter region.Based on the results,the following three situations are presented to discuss the energy saving potential: ①Building energy consumption forecasting in the future(when the air conditioning is popularized) under the current building construction conditions;②The potential of the indoor thermal environment improvement under the present low energy consumption by using passive technologies;③Building energy consumption forecasting in the future(when the air conditioning is popularized) under the condition of overall improvement in building construction conditions.The results of the study indicate that uncontrolled development(situation 1) will result in 27.8 kgce per unit area,nearly three times of the present energy consumption;the energy consumption of situation③ is 48.9% less than that of situation①;although the energy consumption will not increase in situation②,the thermal comfort is not satisfactory.
