栀子黄芩配伍前后栀子中主要化学成分的含量变化规律研究

摘　　要：采用HPLC色谱分析方法,测定不同煎煮时间条件下,栀子、黄芩配伍(配伍比例3︰1、2︰1、1︰1、1︰2、1︰3)前后栀子中主要化学成分的含量变化。结果:与黄芩配伍后,栀子中的栀子苷含量略有增加,西红花苷-1的含量增加明显。The HPLC method was used to detect content changes of geniposide and crocin-1,the main constituents in Gardeniae Fructus,when decocting Gardeniae Fructus with Scutellariae Radix at different radios of 3︰1,2︰1,1︰1,1︰2,1︰3 under different decocting time.The amount of geniposide increased a little after compatibility,while crocin-1 increased obviously.
